I decided to make these because it's October and pumpkin belongs in everything!
First you're going to make your brownie batter. Whisk together your eggs and oil.
Then add in the rest of your brownie ingredients. Mix using a spatula.
You want to mix it until it is just combined and there are no large chunks of flour or cocoa powder. A few chunks are fine because you don't want to over mix this!
In a separate bowl, whisk together all of your pumpkin cheesecake ingredients.
Make sure that your cream cheese is softened or you may need to use an electric mixer to blend properly.
Butter and flour a square baking pan (8x8).
Then pour in your brownie mixture.
Followed by your pumpkin cheesecake mixture.
Smooth it all out and then put it in an oven preheated to 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out with no brownie batter on it.
These are super tasty and an easy fall treat to make.
